These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through Aussie Pet Wear. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We may cancel or refuse an order due to a pricing error, stock issue, payment problem, suspected fraud or another reasonable concern. Where payment has already been received, an appropriate refund will be arranged.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Any applicable taxes, shipping charges or additional costs will be shown during checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed. We may correct genuine pricing or product-listing errors and will contact you if an error affects your order.

Product availability may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, refund or another suitable solution.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, destination, weather, public holidays, peak periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
