The terms that apply when you use our website and shop with us.

Products and Pricing

• We do our best to show products, colours and sizes accurately, but colours may look slightly different on your screen.
• All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Delivery fees are shown at checkout.
• We may change prices and product availability at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order – for example, if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud – and will refund any payment in full.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Consumer Guarantees

See our Returns & Refunds policy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under that law.

Using Our Products Safely

Please choose the right size, check fit regularly and supervise your pet when trying new gear. Check harnesses, leads and collars for wear before each use and replace them if damaged. Our products are not chew toys.

Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Please tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including our designs, prints, photos, text and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except for rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products.

We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place your order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
