Paying for your order should be quick, safe and straightforward. Here's how payments work at Aussie Pet Wear.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Any delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

We accept payment by credit and debit card through our secure payment provider, Stripe:

Security

Payments are processed by Stripe, a certified PCI DSS Level 1 payment provider. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment page and are never stored on our website or seen by our team.

When You're Charged

Your payment is taken when you place your order. If we're unable to fulfil any part of your order, we'll contact you and refund the amount for those items to your original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once processed, they usually appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

Payment Issues

If your payment is declined, please check your card details or try another card. If you're charged but don't receive an order confirmation email, contact us before trying again so you aren't charged twice.
