Shipping Policy
Tracked delivery Australia-wide, packed and sent from Perth.
Every order is packed by hand in Perth and sent with tracking, so you always know where your parcel is.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within Australia, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
Delivery Costs
- Free tracked delivery on orders of A$75 or more (after any discounts).
- Orders under A$75 have a flat-rate delivery fee, shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch and Delivery Times
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. We send with Australia Post. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Perth metro: 1–3 business days
- Regional WA: 3–6 business days
- Interstate capital cities: 3–6 business days
- Regional and remote areas: 5–10 business days
These are estimates from Australia Post and aren't guaranteed. Sales periods, public holidays and severe weather can cause delays.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it on the Australia Post website or app.
Delivery Problems
- Check your address. Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Contact us straight away if you spot a mistake.
- Delayed or missing parcels. If your tracking hasn't updated for several business days, or your parcel shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll work with Australia Post to sort it out.
- Damaged in transit. Email us a photo of the parcel and item within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
