- Response time: we reply within one business day (Monday to Friday, Perth time).
Your Order
- Order confirmation. You'll receive an email as soon as your order is placed. Check your junk folder if it hasn't arrived.
- Tracking. Once your order ships, we'll email your tracking number.
- Changes or cancellations. Contact us as soon as possible – we can usually help if your order hasn't been packed yet.
- Your account. Signed-in customers can see past orders and saved addresses under My Account. You're also welcome to check out as a guest.
Sizing
Each product page lists its measurements. For the best fit, measure your pet's neck, chest and back length with a soft tape measure and compare them with the sizes shown. If your pet is between sizes, get in touch and we'll help you choose.
